From May 05 to 09, 2026, ISUZU Vietnam successfully organized the “ISUZU Pickup & 7-Seat SUV Experience Seminar in Thailand”. The program aimed to provide customers with a comprehensive experience of ISUZU D-MAX and MU-X, not only in terms of design and technology, but also in their outstanding driving performance.
Through factory visits, real-world driving experiences, and networking activities, the program offered customers an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the ISUZU D-MAX and MU-X. Beyond product introduction, the program also served as an opportunity for ISUZU Vietnam to listen to customers’ practical usage needs, strengthen customer engagement, and continue accompanying them in choosing suitable vehicles for work, business, and daily life.
This marked the fourth time ISUZU Vietnam organized the program, continuing to demonstrate the company’s consistent efforts in developing hands-on experiential activities that allow customers to directly experience the quality, reliability, and performance of ISUZU pickup trucks and 7-seat SUVs.

A practical experience journey to strengthen customer connection
With a customer-centric approach, ISUZU Vietnam designed the program as a comprehensive experience journey, combining factory observation, quality standard exploration, and hands-on vehicle performance testing. Through this approach, customers were not only provided with product information, but also had the opportunity to exchange, ask questions, and share their practical usage needs with the ISUZU Vietnam team.
One of the key highlights of the program was the exclusive visit to the ISUZU Gateway Thailand factory. Here, customers had the opportunity to observe advanced production techniques and a strict quality control system. The visit helped customers better understand the quality foundation behind every ISUZU-branded vehicle, thereby strengthening their confidence in the quality and reliability of the ISUZU D-MAX and MU-X.

Continuing the journey, ISUZU Vietnam offered customers a unique off-road driving experience at ISUZU 4×4 Experience. Here, customers experienced the engine power, agility, and reliability of ISUZU vehicles across various challenging terrains in the test-drive area.

Sharing after the program, Mr. Nguyen Tien – Deputy Director of Son Hai Van Co., Ltd. said that the 5-day journey in Thailand with ISUZU left him with many memorable experiences.
